Underage Drinking Prevention Russell County Attorney's Office
The Russell County Attorney Underage Drinking Prevention Program may allow your case to be dismissed upon successful completion of the diversion program. The program is designed to educate viewers on the dangers of alcohol and binge drinking.
In order to be considered for admission, you must request the judge to allow you to participate in the program on your court date. The cost of the program is $180.00, in addition to court costs.
